VELVASAN is a unique, skin-conditioning, non-alcohol hand sanitizer based on the active ingredient Benzalkonium Chloride. The efficacy of Velva San has been confirmed to reduce S. aureus-MRSA 99.9% in as little as 15 seconds.
VelvaSan has distinct advantages over gelled alcohol based hand sanitizers. Unlike the alcohol hand sanitizers, VelvaSan is not flammable, will not stain clothing and is less drying to the skin.

LT Sanitizer is a sodium hypochlorite based sanitizer providing sanitation in dishmachines used in commercial and institutional foodservice operations. SK LT SANITIZER is a buffered (high level of free alkali) product which enhances its stability when compared to other chlorine products. Chlorine content aids in stain removal on plastic and china tableware. The chlorine content also provides soil removal in wash cycle. SK LT SANITIZER is safe for use on stainless steel, glass, china, porcelain and plastic. Not recommended for use on sterling silver, silver plate or other corrodible metals.

Pine Scrub is a highly concentrated pine oil deodorizing cleaner. PINE SCRUB is formulated with detergent builders, rinsing agents, water conditioners, and soil penetrating agents. PINE SCRUB is very effective for all general cleaning. Its pleasing pine odor makes it an excellent cleaner for public buildings. PINE SCRUB is recommended for use in scrub solutions where a deodorizer is needed.
